Brainstorming and evaluation of your data science & AI use cases in a structured, two-part workshop, we will work with you to identify and evaluate specific use cases for your company. We will develop a wide range of potential use cases based on existing ideas or a defined topic area (e.g., digital products, internal processes, or data-based business models).

Ideas are identified and prioritised in the first workshop to select the most promising use case. In the second workshop, we create a clear mockup summarising the benefits, feasibility, and strategic relevance. The result is a clearly formulated use case including a management summary as a foundation for decisions on how to proceed.
