  • Defining objectives, scope and deliverables
  • Providing and extracting all production and quality data
  • Preparing the data and building the data pipeline (Medallion architecture)
  • Analysing and modelling the data – exploratory data analysis at the level of machines, workstations and employees
  • Detailed root cause analysis of process-related quality issues in production
  • Conducting additional shopfloor analysis (Waste/Gemba walks, 5S, SMED, Multi-moment, etc.)
  • Preparing the results in BI dashboards (Power BI)
  • Interpreting and aligning the analysis results
  • Identifying, quantifying and assessing optimisation potential (productivity, quality, delivery reliability, costs)
  • Planning and initiating implementation
