Project content

  • Defining objectives, scope and deliverables
  • Providing and extracting all customer, product, order and logistics data
  • Preparing the data and building the data pipeline (Medallion architecture)
  • Analysing and modelling the data – exploratory data analysis from the perspective of markets, customers, products, production network and logistics
  • Preparing the results in BI dashboards (Power BI)
  • Interpreting and aligning the analysis results
  • Identifying, quantifying and assessing optimisation potential (productivity, quality, delivery reliability, costs)
  • Simulating and optimising intercompany and outbound material flows
  • Deriving key directions and measures for implementation
