In the first step, Zellweger Management Consultants AG assesses the current processes in the context of quality management and analyses the quality-specific applications within the existing application landscape. In extensive workshops, the processes for ensuring quality are scrutinised, the weak points and potential for improvement are identified and the requirements for modern software for quality management are defined. Based on the findings, a comprehensive search for suitable software manufacturers is carried out using an RFI process. The remaining 6 to 8 potential suppliers are invited to submit offers with detailed specifications. Together with the client, the offers are analysed, the product presentations are assessed and a comprehensive evaluation is made, and the proposals to the steering committee are prepared. Subsequently, the implementation plan is refined in the triangle of customer, supplier and ZMC and the implementation is started.
