Commercial due diligence for a private equity company

Zellweger Management Consultants AG conducts the "Commercial Due Diligence" (CDD) of an international HVAC component manufacturer for a European private equity company within 3 weeks. Within the scope of the CDD, markets, products, technologies as well as competitors are analyzed. In addition, the business model, USP's as well as the internal performance (supply chain, processes, organization, IT etc.) are assessed and the business plan is checked for feasibility. The CDD is concluded with a "Value Generation Roadmap". The due diligence for "Finance/Tax" and "Legal" are performed by other specialized service providers.
